To help us respond quickly and usefully:
- For prompt feedback — which prompt you used, which AI model, and what the output was. Specific is always more useful than general.
- For purchase or download issues — your order confirmation number from Payhip, and the email address you used to purchase.
- For site issues — the URL of the page with the problem, your browser, and a brief description of what went wrong.
- For everything else — just write whatever you want to say. We'll figure it out.
Response time
We aim to respond within 2 business days. During busy periods it may be a little longer. We do read everything.
Frequently asked things
Do I need to create an account to use the free prompts? No. All 50 free prompts are available without any sign-up or account.
Can I request a refund for a paid pack? Yes — 14 days, no questions asked. Email us with your Payhip order number.
Can I suggest a prompt topic? Yes, and we'd love that. Tell us what task you keep trying to do with AI and not getting good results from. If there's demand, we'll build it.
